We are pleased to announce a worksite wellness program, ClimbCorps, which has been implemented in our building! Launched in 2012 by Brigham and Women’s Hospital, ClimbCorps is the nation’s first service corps dedicated to preventing heart disease and improving the health and wellbeing of the American public. Based on the simple principle that we need to be active to maintain better health, ClimbCorps proposes an easy way to incorporate exercise into our daily lives—taking the stairs. By training corps leaders and positioning them in the nation’s busiest buildings, ClimbCorps educates, empowers, and motivates people to make healthier lifestyle choices for themselves and their families.
We encourage all companies and employees in the building to take advantage of all that ClimbCorps has to offer. If you are interested in participating in ClimbCorps activities, please call the Management Office at 617-619-4700. You can also visit their website at www.climbcorps.org to learn more about this new and exciting program.

Brigham and Women’s Hospital would like to thank everyone who supported ClimbAmerica! on January 26th, 2014 at Boston’s historic 53 State Street and hope you enjoyed the event and whether you climbed, fundraised, donated or volunteered, know that you helped make a difference in the fight against heart disease!
ClimbAmerica! is a climb to the top of Boston’s tallest buildings to fight America’s #1 killer – heart disease. Filled with fun, energy, and hope for a healthier tomorrow, climbers come from all over the Commonwealth for a friendly race to the top of iconic Boston buildings to raise funds and awareness for heart disease. ClimbAmerica! is a great way to bring family and friends together, get moving, and help improve America’s health – one step at a time.
Through ClimbCorps, your funds help fight heart disease through educational workshops, fitness programming, and research to improve America’s health. Every dollar raised through ClimbAmerica! supports these life-saving initiatives and will help expand ClimbCorps nationally to improve the health of the American public.
Approximately 1,000 people participated and over $65,000 was raised!
